I've been a builder for 25 years here in the Twin Cities area and I rely on D&T both personally and professionally to deal with headaches with appliances as they arise. Life happens. Andre made it to my house at about 5 PM and stayed until 7 PM. I can sense sincerity from a mile away and it could tell that he cared to actually resolve my problem with my refrigerator. He did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.

I suppose better service techs than Marcus from D&T exist in the world, but if they do I haven’t met them. In solving our multitude of issues, he was perseverant, knowledgeable, patient (w/ us), and exceptionally clear in communicating with us. Their office was also thorough and courteous. Sterling.

Our repair person was professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He answered all of our questions and had the necessary part to fix our fridge with him. So, there was no need to schedule another appointment! We’re very pleased and won’t hesitate to call for other repairs.

I called D&T and they were able to send Andre, whom I had requested, the very next day. I requested Andre because a friend of mine had just had him come to her house and he was very successful. I got the requested afternoon window which went from 3:00 to 7:00 and Andre arrived at 6:00, and within about a half hour my problems were solved. Very happy with the service.
